Prior Requirements:
*For those who doesn’t have existing Domain Name and Web Hosting
• You need to have your own Domain Name like (.COM / .NET /.ORG, etc.) and a Web Hosting. We recommend to get one at Bluehost.com.
• It is important to have a Web Hosting account, for us to create custom Email Accounts for you (ex: yourname@yourdomain.com). At Bluehost.com, they have a complete set of affordable Web Hosting packages at your choice, for your personal or business website, w/ CPANEL, Enough Web Space and Email accounts, depending on the package you will purchase.

Payment Options:
• Cash / Bank Deposit (Through BPI Bank of the Philippine Islands)
• Check Payable to Mark Ericson Pedrido

Development Terms:
• In order to start up your first website, you must contact us through our contact numbers or email and tell us about the details you want for your website.
• Client can send their Images, Write-ups or Links for their sample home page via email for our initial draft design sampling.
Note: We charge deductable Design Draft on concepts / ideas for intellectual security purposes for a minimum amount, (2 Revisions are only Allowed on our Design Draft), But if the client avails any of our Web Design package service, We will deduct the draft fee upon down payment.
• Client may come to our office for briefing and conceptualization of the design with us.
• After the design revision is confirmed and finalized, Client must deposit a 50% downpayment in cash or check for us to start the project.
• Formal transaction will be done via signing of Agreement Sheet/Waiver of both parties.
• Before we launch the site live to the internet, Client can check and review their website, after both parties agree with the final draft, client may settle the 50% Payment balance prior to project completion.
